ARTICLE 1 - PRICE:

1.1 - The prices of our products or services are indicated in € excluding taxes.
1.2 - All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.
1.3 - FocusAidConsulting reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the recording of the orders subject to availability on that date.
1.4 - Retention of title clause: products and services  remain the property of FocusAidConsulting until full receipt of the price by FocusAidConsulting

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER:

The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery. FocusAidConsulting  reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of an order or a service  earlier.

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION:

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by  FocusAidConsulting constitutes proof of all transactions made by FocusAidConsulting and its clients.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY:

Our product offers and prices are valid within the limits of available stocks or availability. You will have the possibility of requesting the cancellation of your order or the exchange of the missing product (s) before the start of delivery of this said order. 

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY:

5.1 General: Products purchased on FocusAidConsulting are delivered anywhere in the world. Delivery is free.  FocusAidConsulting is in no way responsible for your responsibility for hosting or using the services provided or the products ordered.
5.2  - Product conformity: The articles comply with the quotes or invoices attached with the service request. Any request arising from the estimate and its modifications is at the good will of the employees of  FocusAidConsulting and is in no way an obligation.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT:

The payment of your purchases is made by  Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.
Payment is made and secured by Stripe.
ARTICLE 7 - REIMBURSEMENT:

Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Articles 5 and 8 will be made within a period of less than or equal to 14 days after ordering the products or performing the services by us. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used by the customer for the initial transaction and to the billing address. The reimbursement will be deducted in proportion to the services already performed with reference to the quote, the invoice, or the selected product.

ARTICLE 8 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

You have 14 days from the order to return the product or cancel the service.  that would not suit you. For any return contact us, in order to deduct the pro rata of the achievement of the service or product.

ARTICLE 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In accordance with European and national regulations, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days for any contract concluded at a distance. This period begins with the order of the product or service by the consumer, or by a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him. The Customer wishing to retract must, before the end of this period of fourteen (14) days, inform him of his decision to withdraw by sending him, before the expiry of the period, the withdrawal form or any other unambiguous declaration expressing his willingness to retract. In the event that the Customer has taken delivery of the Product (s) during the withdrawal period, the latter must return them to FocusAidConsulting  under the conditions described in article 8 hereof so that its request for cancellation of order is definitively validated, and so that it can be proceeded to its partial refund, taking into account the progress of the services or the creation of products.

ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

11.1 - Unless otherwise stated, all texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on FocusAidConsulting  are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is authorized.  subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any total or partial reproduction of the FocusAidConsulting site  is forbidden.

ARTICLE 12 - RESPONSIBILITY:

Products and services  offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France. If you have any questions about our products, you can contact us. FocusAidConsulting  cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract, in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular IT and / or communications services, flood, fire or other accident.

ARTICLE 13 - GUARANTEE:

To find out what to do with after-sales service for any product problem, you can contact us. To be able to benefit from the product warranty, you must keep the invoice for the purchase of the product or service.

ARTICLE 14 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES:

This agreement is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. The French version of these general conditions of sale will be the only authentic version. In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to come together to try to find an amicable solution. In the event of failure, a court will be competent to judge this dispute. The FocusAidConsulting Site  is hosted and administered from France, and these general conditions are subject to French law. In the event that one of the provisions of these Conditions would be considered null by virtue of a legal or regulatory provision, present or future, or of a court decision bearing the authority of res judicata and emanating from a court or a competent body, this provision of the contract would then be deemed unwritten, all the other provisions of these Conditions remaining binding between the Parties.

ARTICLE 15 - PERSONAL INFORMATION:

In accordance with the provisions of Law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Site has been declared to the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté).
As for the collection of your data: FocusAidConsulting  collects personal data about you on the site, in order to offer you new products, promotions, etc.
